We are "SOLD" I am so happy! After 5 months with the house on the market with another agent I almost lost hope and after what you and your associates at Nex Step Design did it sold in 3 weeks with 2 cash offers in one day for 98% of the asking price. WOW. This is also after another agent that did not do all this hard work, told me I should consider lowering the price. I am so happy you and your associates can magically transform any home to present to it's true potential. Calling Colleen and having her list the house was the best thing that I could have ever done. With her extensive marketing, sales and advertising strategy and the staging expertise of Nex Step Design the house had the exposure it needed and when people came in the house it was set a like a model dream home that everyone coming through the door could see themselves living in.
