Welcome and thank you for stopping by!  I am passionate about my business and my clients!  I decided to become a real estate agent after moving from my native Vancouver to Kitchener in 2001.  My experience when our family was transferred here 22 years ago was not the best and I felt there was a better way to service customers and so I got into Real Estate. My 36 year background in marketing and sales management has made this a perfect fit for my top negotiating and service skills. In my second year in the business I became a top performer at Re/Max Twin City Realty Inc. and never looked back. As a memeber of the Waterloo Re/Max Twin City Team, I have consistently placed as one of the top performers in the company, winning performance designations including, the prestigious Re/Max 100% Club, Re/Max Platinum Club, and the Re/Max Hall of Fame and in 2021 The LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT award.  I have been a licensed realtor in good standing for over 17 years. 

I have never embraced working with or starting my own team of agents. When you list or purchase with me you get me!  I believe that when you hire an agent you want to work with the person who has the experience and dedication to see your transacton through from start to finish, one professional handling every detail from the marketing to the offer. With my background in sales and marketing, becoming a real estate agent was a natural fit, and gives me an edge when selling homes for my clients. I believe a strong and consistent marketing plan is essential to ensure the highest number of prospects see the property for sale and a full plan is provided prior to listing that includes advertising in the areas best publications, superior photos and video specifially produced for social media.  Home staging servces from intial consultation to set up and furniture and accessories rentals may be supplied if needed, and I offer a written personal services guarantee so clients can cancel the listing at anytime without penalty.  As a buyers' agent I holds the Professional Accredited Buyers Represenation designation and I reimburses buyers for the cost of a home inspection.  

I am the Past President of the Kitchener Waterloo Association of Realtors and  sat on the Board of Directors for 7 years.  Professional standards in our industry are of the utmost importance to me and being involved at the board level allows me to stay on top of the industry and best practices.  I have been just as active over the years in my own community the Doon neighbourhood where I live with my husband Dave and my two sons.  I have been a past president of the Doon Mills Neighbourhood Association for several years and was actively involved in the creation and development of the area park and helping bring French Immersion to Brigadoon Public school many years ago.  As a single mom and a realtor I felt it was important to ensure that services and strong community parks were a part of our close knit community.
